General

Strommar, LLC (“Strommar”) respects privacy and recognizes the need for appropriate protection and management of personal information of all digital vistors, prospects and customers or anyone who contacts us (“Contact” and collectively known as “Contacts”) via our web services, website or web applications (“Application” and collectively known as “Applications”).

Strommar recognizes that when a Contact chooses to provide us with information about themselves, Contact trust us to act in a responsible manner. Strommar, LLC has created this policy to inform Contact of how their Personal Information will be treated if Contact uses our Applications. In general, a Contact can visit our Applications without telling us who the Contact is or revealing any information about themselves. It is our intent to let a Contact know before we collect personally identifiable information from them.

What Is Personal Data

“Personal Data” is data that: (a) is recorded in any form; (b) is about or pertains to Contact; and (c) can be linked to a Contact. Personal Data includes information like name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and non-public information that is associated with the foregoing. Personal Information does not include information that pertains to Contact and cannot reasonably be used to identify a Contact.

This Privacy Policy covers how Strommar handles personal data through our Applications. Strommar’s Privacy Policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use it. We invite interested parties to read those privacy policies and know their privacy rights before interacting with them.

Personal Data Collection

Strommar believes that privacy depends on well managed processes, procedures, security and utilizes technical safeguards to protect Contact’s personal.

Strommar collects only the personal data that we need to interact with a Contact. When a Contact requests information, creates an account, purchases and/or activates a product, registers for a webinar, connects to our services, contacts us for technical support or by social media, participates in an online survey, or otherwise interacts with Strommar, we may collect a variety of information, including:

Prospect Information. Data such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other contact information
Customer Information. Customer information including email address, services, customer status and birthdate.
Individuals. Strommar may collect data about Contact from other individuals shared content with a Contact.
From the Contact. Contact may direct other individuals or third parties to share data with Strommar. For example, Contact may have a third party (agent, publisher, digital store) that shares data about Contact’s activities with Strommar for reporting, marketing and/or publicity purposes.
Payment Information. Data about Customer billing address and method of payment. Information such as bank details, credit, debit, or other payment card information is acquired, but is stored on the payment processing company servers.
Product Information. Data for the interaction of products and service offered by Strommar.
Usage Data. Data about Contact activity within our services, including browsing history; product interaction; performance and other diagnostic data; and other data usage.
Other Information. Details such as the content of Contact communications with Strommar, including interactions with customer support department and interactions through social media platforms.
Personal Data from Other Sources. Strommar may receive personal data about Contact from other individuals, from businesses or third parties acting on Contact’s direction, from our partners who work with us to provide our products and services.

Use of Personal Data

Strommar may also use personal data for other purposes only with Contact consent. Strommar uses Contact’s personal data with a valid legal basis to do so. Strommar may rely on Contact’s consent or the fact that the processing is necessary to fulfill a contract with Contact, protect Contact’s vital interests or those of other persons, or to comply with law. Strommar may also process Contact personal data where Strommar believes it is in our or others’ legitimate interests, taking into consideration Contact’s interests, rights, and expectations.

Analysis. Strommar collects personal data necessary study and analyze the effectiveness of Strommar products and services chosen by the Contact, which may include personal data collected to improve our services, for internal purposes such as auditing or data analysis or for troubleshooting.
Payment. Strommar must collect data such as your name, purchase, and payment information to process Contact transactions.
Communication. From time to time, we may use Customer personal data to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Customer may not opt out of receiving these important notices because this information is important to Customer interaction with Strommar.
Security. To protect individuals, employees, and Strommar and for loss prevention and to prevent fraud, including to protect individuals, employees, and Strommar for the benefit of all our users, and prescreening or scanning uploaded content for potentially illegal content, including child sexual exploitation material.
Personalization. Contact may choose to personalize Contact’s services or communications where such options are available, Strommar will use information that we collect so that Strommar can offer Contact those personalized services or communications.
Compliance. To comply with matters such as applicable tax law or reporting obligations, or to comply with a lawful governmental request.

Strommar retains personal data only for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Strommar examines whether it is necessary to retain the personal data collected and, if retention is required, work to retain the personal or to fulfill obligations with our Contact.

Sharing Personal Data

Strommar may share personal data with affiliated companies, service providers who act on our behalf, our partners, developers, and publishers, or others at Contact direction. Further, Strommar does not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service Providers. Strommar may engage third parties to act as our service providers and perform certain tasks on our behalf, such as processing or storing data, including personal data, in connection with the delivery of products and services to our Contacts. Strommar service providers are obligated to handle personal data consistent with this Privacy Policy and according to Strommar’s instructions. They cannot use the personal data we share for their own purposes and must delete or return the personal data once they’ve fulfilled our request.
Partners. Strommar may partner with third parties to provide services or other offerings. For example, Strommar may offer to place a Contact in a performance venues and/or negotiate agreements with the venues. Strommar will require its partners protect Contacts personal data.
Others. Strommar may share personal data with others at Contact’s direction or with Contact consent, such as when Strommar collects information for a payment processor. We may also disclose information about Contact for purposes of law enforcement or other issues of public importance, if necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about Contact where there is a lawful basis for doing so, if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or to protect our operations or users, or in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale.

Contact is not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However, if Contact chooses not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide Contact with our products or services or respond to requests.

Privacy Rights

Strommar respects your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete Contact personal data. We have provided these rights to all Contacts and they may choose to exercise these privacy rights. Strommar does not sell customer data. To help protect the security of our Contacts personal data, Contact signs in to their account, at which time, their identity is verified.

There may be situations where we cannot grant a Contact request, for example, if Contact ask us to delete transaction data and Strommar is legally obligated to keep a record of that transaction to comply with law.

Strommar may also decline to grant a request where doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes, if it risks or endangers the privacy of others or is frivolous or would be exceedingly impractical.

Children and Personal Data.

Strommar understands the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children, which we consider to be an individual under the age of 16 or the equivalent age as specified by law in Contacts jurisdiction. A Strommar account may be created by the parent or, in the case of a Managed account, by the child’s educational institution.

In the event that Strommar learns that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete the information we have stored as quickly as possible. If any Contact believes that Strommar might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us as indicated in the contact section below.

Cookies & Web Beacons

Strommar’s applications and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as web beacons. These technologies help Strommar to better understand user behavior including for security and fraud prevention purposes, tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches.

Communications Cookies. These cookies are used to enable network traffic to and from Strommar’s systems, including by helping us detect any errors.
Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are set as required to provide a specific feature or service that Contact has accessed or requested. They allow Strommar to display our websites in the proper format and language, to authenticate and verify Contact transactions.
Other Cookies. These cookies are used to understand how visitors interact with our websites and online services, including by helping us to assess the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches. Strommar could also use these cookies to remember choices Contact made while browsing, so we can provide Contact with a customized experience.

If Contact prefers not use cookies, they may disable the use of cookies in the privacy settings of their browser. In some browsers, certain features of the Strommar website may not be available if all cookies are disabled.

International Data Transfer

Strommar uses third party vendors to store and manage all our Contact information. These third parties to whom we provide Contacts personal information may be located outside the UK and EEA or they may use servers that are located outside the EEA. In that event, Strommar will ensure that adequate protection of Contact’s personal information is provided as required by applicable law and through Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission.

Protection is ensured by one of the following safeguards is implemented:
Transfer. We will only transfer Contact personal information to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data under applicable law.
Service Providers. Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved for use in the UK and/or EEA that give personal information the same protection it has in the UK and/or EEA. In the case of specific service providers, we may implement supplemental safeguard measures, which may be technical, contractual and/or organisational in nature.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

From time-to-time, we may change this privacy policy to accommodate changes to our Products and Services and companies, new technologies or industry practices, updated laws or regulatory requirements, and generally to keep it up to date. We will provide notice to Contacts by email to the last email address Contact provided us, by posting notice of such change on our Websites or the Product and Services Contacts uses.
Captions and Fonts are included solely for convenience of reference and if there is any conflict amongst the captions, fonts and the text of this Privacy Policy, the text shall control.
